I had a decent experience with Form and Fitness. The trainers were knowledgeable and helped me throughout my fitness journey. The workout sessions were effective, and I could see improvement in my fitness level. However, I noticed a lack of variety in the programs offered. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
