I have been a customer of The Mitchell Agency, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. They handle my insurance needs quite efficiently and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some issues with their claims process which took longer than expected to get resolved. Overall, I would rate them as an average insurance agency.
