I recently purchased a protective vest for my work from this company's website. The website was easy to navigate and I found the product I needed quickly. However, I was disappointed with the overall quality of the vest. While it serves its purpose in terms of protection, the material used feels cheap and lacks durability. I have noticed some stitching coming loose after just a couple of weeks of use. The customer service was average, as they responded to my inquiries but could not provide a satisfactory solution to the issue I faced. The pricing, however, was reasonable compared to other similar products in the market. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. I would recommend checking other options before making a purchase.
