The customer service provided by Daewoo bus myanmar is absolutely terrible. I had booked a ticket online and when I arrived at the bus station, they told me that my ticket had been cancelled without any prior notice. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they refused to give me a refund. I had to find an alternate mode of transportation at the last minute, which was extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend Daewoo bus myanmar to anyone.
