As a customer, my experience with this company has been average. While their products are generally of decent quality and their customer service is responsive, I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar competitors in the market. The ordering process was straightforward, but there were some delays in shipping, which was a bit disappointing. The website is user-friendly, but could use some improvement in terms of product descriptions and specifications. Overall, it's not a bad company to do business with, but there are areas where they could certainly enhance the customer experience.
