The Poisonapple company is just average. Their website is a bit slow and outdated. I had some difficulties navigating through the pages. The product range is okay but nothing special. The customer service was also just average. They were not very responsive and it took them quite a while to answer my queries. Overall, I would say there is room for improvement.
