I recently purchased a filleting line from this company and while the product functions adequately, the overall customer experience left much to be desired. The website was intuitive and easy to navigate, but I found the lack of detailed product information to be frustrating. Additionally, the communication from the company after my purchase was lacking, making it difficult to get updates on the status of my order. My interactions with customer service were average at best, as I expected more responsiveness and support. While the quality of the equipment meets my needs, I wish the company placed more emphasis on customer satisfaction and communication. Overall, an average experience that could benefit from improvements in customer service and post-purchase support.
