We had an average experience with Lightspeed tech development. While they were able to meet our requirements, there were some areas that could have been improved. The communication was not always clear, and we had to follow up multiple times for updates. However, the end result was satisfactory. I would suggest working on better communication and timeliness to enhance customer experience.
