I recently purchased a drone from this company. The website is easy to navigate and the purchasing process was straightforward. However, I encountered some issues with the shipping and customer service. 🚚 The drone arrived later than expected and I had difficulty reaching the customer service team for assistance. On the positive side, the quality of the drone is good and it performs well. 🛸 Overall, my experience was average. The product is decent, but the customer service and shipping could be improved for a better customer experience.
