I recently started practicing Pilates and joined a class at a local studio. It was an amazing experience! The instructor was really helpful and guided me throughout the entire session. The atmosphere was great, relaxing, and the music was perfect. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone wanting to try Pilates.
