I recently used the services of this consulting company. The experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness and attentiveness to my specific needs. The consultants seemed knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to address all of my concerns. Overall, the experience was okay, but there was definitely room for improvement in the level of personalized attention and follow-up.
