I recently visited this medical center in Highland, NY, and was pleased with the convenient online appointment booking process. However, I found the waiting time to be quite lengthy, even with a scheduled appointment. The medical staff were courteous, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. The center's website was helpful in providing information about their services, but I wish they offered more comprehensive resources for patients. The location was easily accessible, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, my experience was average. 😐
