I had an average experience with Southern Cross Cultural Exchange. The program was overall satisfactory, but there were some aspects that could have been improved. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the communication could have been better. The host family I stayed with was nice, but they didn't seem very interested in getting to know me. The cultural activities organized by the company were enjoyable, but I wish there were more options to choose from. Overall, it was an okay experience.
