The Ymca of greater halifax/dartmouth is an excellent place for fitness and relaxation. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have been a member for several years and I am always impressed with the variety of classes and programs they offer. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and provide great guidance. The gym is never too crowded, so I am always able to get in a good workout. Overall, I highly recommend the Ymca of greater halifax/dartmouth.
