I recently had the opportunity to work with this property management company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate (👍) and provided useful information about their services. However, I found it slightly lacking in terms of design and aesthetics (😕). The staff was friendly and responsive, but sometimes it took longer than expected to receive a reply (⏳). The company did an okay job in handling property maintenance issues, although there were a few occasions where the resolution could have been quicker and smoother (🔧). The rental process was fairly straightforward, but I felt there could have been more attention to detail during the inspection phase (🔍). Overall, the company offers decent services, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and attention to detail.
