I have been a customer of Sms media limited for several years now and I must say that their service is average. It's not the best I have experienced but it's also not the worst. The website is user-friendly and I appreciate the prompt replies from their customer support team. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered technical issues which were not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I would say that Sms media limited is an okay company to do business with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
