As a long-time resident, I have had numerous interactions with the Metropolitan Police, both positive and negative. While there have been instances where they have provided excellent service, there have also been times when their response has been delayed, resulting in frustration. It is important for them to work on improving their consistency to deliver effective and timely service. Overall, I would rate them as average.
