As a client of Kinetiq (consulting & technology solutions), I found their service to be satisfactory. However, I did notice that there were some communication issues, which made it a bit challenging to convey my requirements effectively. 🤔 On a positive note, the solutions provided were delivered on time and were of decent quality. The team was professional and courteous, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their responsiveness. Overall, I would rate the experience as average. 💼 The website was informative, but I wish it had more client testimonials to provide a better insight into their work. With a few tweaks, I believe the company has the potential to elevate their service to a higher level.
