I recently attended a live opera event organized by "Opera on Tap" and had a mixed experience. The performers were talented and passionate about their craft, which was evident in their performances. However, the venue choice was not ideal, as it was quite noisy and detracted from the overall musical experience. Additionally, the organization could have provided more information about the event on their website, as I found it difficult to navigate and locate details about the performance. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the accessibility and casual atmosphere of the event, which made it less intimidating for someone new to opera. Overall, while there was room for improvement, I believe "Opera on Tap" has potential to create enjoyable and accessible opera experiences for a wider audience.
