I recently used the services of this company and found the website to be user-friendly and informative. The application process was straightforward, and I received a quick response. However, I was a bit disappointed with the interest rates, which seemed higher than expected. The customer service was responsive, but I wish there were more flexible repayment options available. Overall, the experience was average. The website's transparency and clear communication were positive aspects, but the rates and repayment terms left something to be desired. Hopefully, they can work on providing more competitive rates and additional repayment options in the future. 🙂
