I recently had an experience with this company and overall, it was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the customer service could have been better. I contacted them with some inquiries and it took quite a while for them to respond. When they did reply, the answers were not very helpful and I had to ask for further clarification. It was a bit frustrating. The products they offer seem to be of good quality, but I wish they provided more detailed descriptions and specifications on their website. The delivery of my order was on time, so that was a plus. In conclusion, while my experience with this company was not terrible, it was also not exceptional. It's an average company that could benefit from improving their customer service and providing more detailed product information.
