⭐⭐⭐ As a customer, I had an average experience with this company. The website layout was easy to navigate, with all the necessary information provided. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time for them to respond to my inquiries, and their replies were not always helpful. The programs they offer seem promising, but the execution fell short of my expectations. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but the staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. It was disappointing because I had high hopes for this center. If they improve their communication and invest more in qualified personnel, I believe they could greatly enhance the customer experience.
