I recently hired Metro Maintainers for some maintenance work at my property, and overall, my experience was average. The company's website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to find the information I needed. The pricing for their services was competitive, and they were able to schedule the work in a timely manner. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The communication was not as efficient as I'd hoped, with delays in response time and a lack of clear information about the progress of the project. In terms of the quality of work, it was acceptable but not exceptional. While the outcome met my expectations, it did not exceed them. In conclusion, Metro Maintainers delivers an average service but could benefit from improving their customer service and communication.
