I had high hopes for Promoglasses based on the reviews I read, but unfortunately, my experience was not as great as expected. The glasses I received had a few defects, and I had to contact the customer service team to get a replacement. They were helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still an inconvenience. I hope they improve their quality control in the future.
