Ocean Moon Sangha provides a nurturing and uplifting environment for spiritual growth. The teachers are knowledgeable and compassionate, creating a safe space for deepening one's mindfulness practice. The retreat I attended was well-organized and the daily schedule allowed for a balanced combination of meditation, dharma talks, and group discussions.
