I recently utilized the services of this home healthcare company to care for my elderly mother. Overall, my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The staff was polite and professional, but I felt that there was a lack of genuine compassion and personalized attention towards my mother's needs. The caregivers they provided were adequate, but not exceptional. They did their job well, but didn't go above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable and cared for. The billing process was smooth and transparent, which was a plus. However, given the average level of service provided, I believe the prices could be more competitive. Overall, while they did meet our basic expectations, I was hoping for a more exceptional experience in terms of the quality of care and the level of personal attention given to my mother.
