Journy provided an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt. However, I found the overall trip planning process to be lacking in personalization and attention to detail. The itinerary that was provided felt generic and did not fully meet my preferences. I would have appreciated more customized recommendations and a deeper understanding of my specific interests. Overall, an okay experience but not outstanding.
