I had a mixed experience with Cortrol process systems, inc. The customer service was great, they were prompt in answering my queries and providing solutions to my problems. However, I found their pricing to be on the higher side compared to their competitors. Overall, their products are of good quality and the team is knowledgeable, but I wish they were more competitive with their pricing.
