CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Spencer financial services. The website is easy to use and navigate, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience was just okay.
