The delivery service was fairly reliable with on-time deliveries for the most part. However, there were a few instances where packages arrived a bit later than expected. The customer service was helpful when I had inquiries, although it took a bit longer to get a response than I would have liked. Overall, the experience was average. The tracking system was easy to use and provided accurate updates on the package location. The delivery personnel were friendly and professional. It would be great to see improvements in the consistency of delivery times and quicker responses from customer service. 📦🕒👍
