I recently used a plumbing service from hansen-plumbing.com and I must say it was an average experience. 🤷‍♀️ The technicians arrived on time, which was a plus, but I found their overall service to be mediocre. The plumber was knowledgeable and able to fix the issue I had, but there was nothing outstanding about their work. The prices were reasonable, but I felt like I was just another customer to them. 🤔 The website was informative and easy to navigate, which was a positive aspect. However, I expected a bit more professionalism and friendliness from the staff. The customer service could definitely be improved. Overall, I would rate my experience with hansen-plumbing.com as average. It was neither exceptionally good nor bad. 😐
