I had a mediocre experience with Lifegate. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is straightforward. However, the product I received didn't meet my expectations. The quality was subpar and it didn't work as advertised. I contacted customer support and they were responsive but couldn't offer a satisfactory solution. I hope Lifegate improves their product quality in the future.
