I recently started training at a new gym and I have been really impressed with the quality of the workouts. The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive, and they make sure you are doing the exercises correctly to prevent injuries. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the prices are a bit higher compared to other gyms in the area. Overall, I would still recommend Isi Elite Training for the quality of the workouts.
