I recently started practicing pilates at Sweat Pilates and I must say I am extremely impressed. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and the studio is clean and well-maintained. The classes are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. I highly recommend Sweat Pilates!
