The overall experience with this company was just average. The website had a decent layout and provided basic information, but there was a lack of clear details about their services and pricing. It took quite some time to get a response from their customer support team, and when I did, their replies were not very informative. Although they claimed to specialize in audiovisual broadcasting, the quality of the work delivered was average at best. The lighting and sound systems were not as impressive as advertised, and there were some technical issues during the event that caused disruptions. On the positive side, the staff was polite and tried to resolve the problems promptly. In conclusion, while this company may be suitable for simple events, I wouldn't recommend them for more demanding audiovisual needs.
