As a customer of Ueg, I have to say that their service is quite average. The website, which can be found at mangogem.com, is not very user-friendly and can be confusing at times. The customer support is hit or miss, sometimes they are responsive and helpful, but other times not so much. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
