I've been working out at Lisa g fitness for a few months now and it's been a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly, and they create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The workouts are challenging but effective, and I can see improvements in my strength and endurance. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend giving them a try!
