I had a mixed experience with the employment agency. While they did help me find a job that matched my qualifications, the overall process was a bit slow and unorganized. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, and it was frustrating. However, the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist me. I would recommend the agency, but with the suggestion that they improve their communication and efficiency.
