I have been a customer of Procredit bank Bosnia and Herzegovina for several years now and I can say with confidence that their service is average at best. The staff is generally nice and helpful, but the waiting times can be quite long. I also find their online banking platform to be outdated and not user-friendly. Overall, I would rate Procredit bank as average.
