I recently purchased some filters from filtersales.com, and I was quite satisfied with the overall experience. The website was user-friendly and made it easy to find the specific filters I needed. The ordering process was smooth, and I received my filters within a reasonable timeframe. However, I did encounter some minor issues with the product quality, as a few filters did not fit perfectly. Nonetheless, the customer service team promptly addressed my concerns and offered a satisfactory solution. While there is room for improvement in product consistency, I appreciate the company's efforts to provide good customer service. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. 🙂
