I've been banking with Procredit Bank for about a year now and have had a mostly positive experience. The only issue I have is with their customer service. Sometimes it takes a long time to get through to them on the phone, and their email responses can be slow. Other than that, their online banking is easy to use and I haven't had any problems with their services.
