I recently utilized the services of this company for a home renovation project. Overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory. The team was professional and courteous, and the work was completed within the quoted timeframe. However, I did encounter some minor issues with communication, as it took a bit longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies I have worked with in the past. Despite these drawbacks, the quality of the work was commendable, and I was ultimately pleased with the end result. If they could improve their communication and perhaps reassess their pricing structure, it would enhance the overall customer experience.
