I recently used this nanny agency to find a caregiver for my children, and overall my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good amount of information about the services they offer. However, I felt that the communication was somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my initial inquiry, and there were some miscommunications during the matching process. The nanny we ended up choosing was competent and caring, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The agency's screening process could be more thorough, as I found out some additional information about our nanny that was not disclosed to me initially. While the agency did address my concerns promptly, I expected a more seamless experience. Overall, it's an average service that gets the job done, but there is room for improvement. 😐
