I recently started pilates classes at Millstream Pilates and so far, it has been an incredible experience! The instructors are highly experienced and ensure that each class is tailored to individual needs. The studio has a welcoming and peaceful environment that makes every session enjoyable. I can already feel a positive impact on my strength and flexibility. Highly recommend giving it a try!
