As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to experience outdoor adventures with Sunrift adventures. I must say that my overall experience was average. While their website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not particularly knowledgeable about the various activities offered. Additionally, the equipment provided for our adventure seemed outdated and in need of maintenance.

On a positive note, the location of the adventure was stunning, with picturesque views and ample opportunities for exploration. The guides did their best to ensure our safety and enjoyment during the activity, though their lack of enthusiasm was apparent. Overall, I believe Sunrift adventures has the potential to be a great company, but they need to focus on improving their customer service and updating their equipment to provide a more memorable and enjoyable experience for their customers.
