Bazari is a US based technology company, incorporated in 2010, with offices in Salt Lake City, Utah (in the U.S.) and Salt Lake City, Kolkata (in India). We work with reputable Indian Micro Finance Institutions to provide SMS financial services to those who need them most. Working with our existing partners, we currently provide SMS banking services to more than 200,000 Indians. While technology has enabled a significant amount of prosperity in the developed economies, it has lagged in providing an efficient solution for emerging markets. The Bazari solution takes the most useful features of e-banking, and re-fashions them into a solution that works for the rest of the world. Where the developed world relies on computers connected to the internet, mobile phones and SMS are the currency of connectivity in the developing world.
