They grow, harvest, process and manufacture tropical food products including Coconut Sugars, TRU-RA Cacao and Cashew, Honeys, Spices, Sea Salts, Peppers, and Medicinal Herbs. Big Tree Farms harvest flower nectar daily in thriving food forests using production practices that steward the soil and protect the trees. It was founded in 2003 and is based in Hinesburg, Vermont.
