BotProof has developed an easier-to-read, more effective animated CAPTCHA. Bots employ Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to defeat CAPTCHAs and have been shown to be especially adept at defeating static CAPTCHAs such as those used by Google, Microsoft, AOL, and others.
