Honesty, Integrity and hard work are the pillars on which Rowland, Inc. was founded nearly twenty-five years ago. Keith Rowland took his engineering and construction management background combined with his entrepreneurial spirit and started doing business as Rowland, Inc. (CGC-008892, CUC-052617) in 1987, focusing primarily on utility construction work in West Central Florida. Since that time, Keith and his sons Ken and Kevin have completed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of projects for governmental owners in the areas of manhole rehabilitation, lift station rehabilitation, sanitary sewer construction, storm sewer construction, water main constructions, reclaimed water construction, concrete construction, road building and emergency water and sewer repair.
