Libertad S.A is owns and operates hypermarkets. Since its inception, Libertad has become a pioneer and leader, because it has made innovation its fundamental strategy. The story began in 1993, when it inaugurated the first hypermarket in the interior of the country in Tucumán, then it would continue to grow until it became the first chain of hypermarkets in the interior. And this story took a strong boost in its development when Groupe Casino acquired the chain in 1998.
